UPDATE: We just put in an offer. We’re praying that it’ll get accepted (crossing fingers and toes).
It’s now been a year and half since we’ve been watching the market and it feels like the right time to buy. Kiyana is getting bigger and the little apartment were in is not cutting it for her. We already outgrown this little space and I’d hate to pay another dollar for rent!
We finally have a realtor who is helping us with the hunt (Thank you aunty Koby & uncle Bob!). House hunting can be a fun and exciting experience, but also challenging in some ways. It’s funny how shopping for a wedding dress can be similar to shopping for a house. Once you see a dress/house you have your heart set on, you always find another one that you like. I’ve been told if you have found the house that seem to be perfect, it probably is. Get on with it and don’t let it slip away.
We do have a few “perfect” homes that we like. Looking forward to the day when we get to sign papers and call it “our home”.

Ooh! Crossing my fingers and toes for you! =P
Crossing fingers & toes for you too! We just bought a new house so I know how exciting time this is for you. Goodluck!!
Thanks Guys! Don’t cross your toes too much because it just might cramp up! 🙂
I recall you being pleasantly surprised when you saw our little Ko Olina “home”. Good luck with your search! (Oh, and think about schools too!)
Tina: Thanks for the comment. YES! That townhouse was awesome. We did look into it but it was WAYYYY over our budget. Funny how you just posted because at this moment, I’m currently working on yours and Ben’s images! The photos came out beautiful.
